The initial interaction was friendly and optimistic. However, the communication has been lacking. I consistently receive empty assurances regarding the timeline for the completion of the design. It feels as though I am constantly having to seek updates. The main reason I sought the services of an interior designer was to have peace of mind and a seamless process. Unfortunately, I am now completely in the dark about what I actually paid for. This entire experience has not only delayed my project but has also resulted in financial loss.
